Why Go Into Business?

Being in business is really equivalent to enrolling into the school of hard knocks. You will face many challenges when you go into business. Through it all you become better and stronger. You learn many lessons. Once you have learnt all the lessons, your reasons for being in business turns into something entirely different from your original reasons for going into business.

Some of my original reasons for going into business:
  • Become rich
  • Create a stream of passive income (earn money without working)
  • Attain all kinds of material possessions that I can flaunt and show off
  • Sell anything to make easy profit

Some of my current reasons for staying in business:

  • Provide people with a workplace that allows for an optimal work-life balance
  • Nurture young people to work morally and ethically
  • To learn as much as possible and use this knowledge to inspire and empower my networkers and leaders
  • To provide quality products and services and in so doing enable my team and I to best use our unique talents to bring about improvement in the lives of our customers

This shift in focus resulted in my business growing steadily. Business success is really all about becoming a better person from inside. The money you make is a symbol that represents the value of the good work you are doing.
